Ordering

Everything you need to know about placing your Zupas order

Yes! Zupas offers convenient online ordering directly through our website. Simply browse our full menu, add your favourite soups, salads, or sandwiches to your cart, and complete your order in just a few clicks.

Orders can be placed for in-store pickup at our Madison, WI location or for delivery within our service area. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

Yes, a minimum order of $15.00 applies to all delivery orders. There is no minimum for in-store pickup orders.

A standard delivery fee applies based on your distance from our location. You'll see the exact fee displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Check delivery availability in your area

You may modify or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting us directly. After that window, your order has typically entered preparation and changes may not be possible.

Please have your order confirmation number ready when you reach out.

At Zupas we are committed to real food made with fresh, honest ingredients. We source produce from regional farms whenever possible and work with suppliers who share our standards for quality and freshness.

We never use artificial preservatives, MSG, or high-fructose corn syrup in our recipes. Every soup is made from scratch and every salad is hand-tossed fresh to order.

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of options to suit many dietary needs:

  • Vegetarian — multiple soups, salads, and sandwiches
  • Vegan — select dishes are fully plant-based (marked on menu)
  • Gluten-friendly — many items contain no gluten ingredients (note: our kitchen is not certified gluten-free)
  • Dairy-free — certain soups and salads available

Menu items are clearly labelled with dietary indicators. For severe allergies, please call us directly before ordering so we can advise you appropriately.

Yes! Zupas provides full-service catering for a wide range of occasions including corporate lunches, office meetings, birthday parties, family gatherings, and special events of any size.

Our catering packages include a curated selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts served in convenient large-format trays. We also offer build-your-own salad bars for interactive dining experiences.

We recommend placing catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance for smaller orders (under 25 people). For larger events or custom menus, we appreciate 5–7 days' notice to ensure everything is perfect.

Our Madison, WI location is open:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

We are located at 4510 E Washington Ave, Madison, WI 53704. Online orders can be placed during business hours for same-day pickup or scheduled delivery.

Yes! Zupas gift cards make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves fresh, wholesome food. Gift cards are available in amounts from $10 to $200 and can be purchased in-store or by contacting our team online.

Gift cards never expire and can be used for dine-in, pickup, delivery orders, and even catering. They are non-refundable but fully transferable.
